Mine are on the extended page, along with a note of gratitude and appreciation to Kristine and the folks that come here and leave comments. Thanks to you guys, I got my new stainless steel trash can I had been lusting after (a previous SPF assignment!!). 😀
OK, here’s today’s random and odd assortment. My “going on 18 years old” set of Kenmore washer and dryer. I’m waiting patiently for the day that one of them dies. Then, I will go and get the new hE front-loading set from Sears. Can’t wait!
Totally boring here, nothing to see except two very plain, utilitarian robes, a navy long one for winter and a cheap, short white one for summer:
Flower pictures, those I can do. I’ve been out in my yard snapping flower pictures lately, it’s been so nice and springey here. Below are a picture of my climbing roses, my irises and my snapdragons:
And lastly, an addendum. A couple of weeks ago I played SPF, when the assignment included your trash can. Well, my darling husband was working from home that day and was quite curious as to why I would take a picture of our trash can. I proceeded to explain SPF to him and then I talked again about how much I would like to have that nice stainless trash can I saw at Lowes and Target, but just hated to spend the money. So, last week, he came home with one for me as a surprise!! So, thank you SPF devotees, I feel like you guys are responsible for getting me my nifty new trashcan 😀

Yeah, that is All Small & Mighty. I usually get those giant $2.79 jugs of El Cheapo detergent, but they didn’t have any the last time I needed some, so I decided to try something different. I don’t really notice a difference in cleanliness, but the All smells great (I think I got spring rain or something like that), and it is nice not to have that giant jug hanging around.

Oh man, my mom had that exact same washer/dryer set when I was a kid. Hers lasted somewhere upwards of twenty years.
Then when I moved in with A she had the dryer. We calculated it was 23 years old when it tried to set my t-shirts on fire.
Maytag all the way after that, baby!
Oh yeah, congrats on the trash can. I have a thing for bathroom and kitchen faucetry. Currently lusting after a Moen…

We have that same laundry cart dealio that slides between the washer and dryer. Only currently it’s acting as a toy shelf filled with my kids crap.
