It’s Monday, so that means it’s time to plan and post the weekly menu. Such as it is 🙂 Head on over to Laura’s blog over at OrgJunkie for lots more menu ideas and even recipes. Thanks to Laura for hosting this every week!
Here’s what I’m looking at… as always, this is subject to change during the course of the week 🙄
Sunday – we had Chinese take-out, yummy!
Monday – Pork Chops in the crockpot (with that wonderful stand-by, low-fat cream of mushroom soup all over them!), butterbeans, rice or salad
Tuesday – Crockpot BBQ chicken, baked beans, mashed potatoes
Wednesday – Crispy Ginger Ale waffles, turkey bacon
Thursday – Valentines Day… Tim will grill us a steak and we’ll have baked potato and salad most likely 🙂
Friday – Tacos or maybe Black Bean Chili with cornbread. Then again, it could be a date night!
Saturday-Sunday – TBD
Yummy lineup, Stacy. How are you? I’ve been absent alot, but I wanted to say hi!!!!
Wow your menu looks good….the Ginger Ale Waffles are a MUST try for me, YUMMy!
MMMmm! Breakfast for dinner on Wednesday. We did something really similar on Friday night.
The waffles sound interesting! I was thinking about doing breakfast one night too, I didn’t add it in… but may!
Have a great day Stacy
Wow, those waffles sound amazing!
I found your blog from your post on Lynne’s Little Corner and I love it. Not sure your Menu Plan will help me though, as I am on Weightwatchers…LOL But it all sounds great, I will be checking back regularly.
I haven’t done pork chops with mushroom soup in the crockpot – why didn’t that occur to me?!?! Thanks for the idea!
Stacy! Hey, it’s Joe from College Daze. You know my mom. Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. I’ll tell you what, as a college student you quickly come to appreciate the cooking that your mom does and after seeing you were making pork chops in the crockpot, I think I’ll be craving some all day!
I probably should have done a menu but just couldn’t get it together! I SO need to just cook from my freezer/pantry and some days it takes me a while to figure something out using what I have.
Plus I was wanting to grill some but that would require Don changing out the tank, which ain’t happenin at the moment!
Your chili sounds really good. It all sounds good. But I really enjoy Chinese take out night!
