Well, it’s that time again. I haven’t had a lot of chances lately to participate, but I’m going to give it my best shot this week. I really want and need to get back on a schedule. I really want for us to start back on our walking, but we haven’t been able to do that lately because of several things (weather, Tim’s sore knee, business trips, holidays, etc). Hopefully we can get on a better eating plan first.
Be sure to check out Laura’s blog over at OrgJunkie for lots more menu ideas and even recipes! Thanks to Laura for hosting this every week 🙂
Here’s what I’m looking at… as always, this is subject to change during the course of the week 🙂
Sunday – we ordered pizza for the NFC game
Monday – Meatloaf Patties, smashed potatoes, corn
Tuesday – Crockpot Creamy Italian chicken over wheat pasta, steamed mixed veggies
Wednesday – Waffles, turkey bacon
Thursday – Panko Chicken Strips, mac and cheese, broccoli or green beans
Friday – probably Date Night
Sat/Sunday – TBD
Sounds like a good week Stacey! I always feel lost when I don’t plan a menu, don’t you? Once you get started with them, you just never feel right without one again.

Mmmm…you sure have a way of making a gal hungry! It all sounds mighty delicious!
I saw someone on food network (yesterday while I was getting me and Iz ready for church) making panko fish strips. I don’t like fish, but I could do the same thing with chicken… they looked yummy… as does your menu!
Happy Monday!
I love those meatloaf patties! Of course I probably like the gravy the most 🙂
Pizza sounds like it was fun. I hope I can stick to a plan this week and get back into a routine. It was SO cold this morning, like 20, I just couldn’t bring myself to walk….if it “warms” up to 40 something, maybe I’ll go later today!
It all sounds delicious! Have a super week. 🙂
It sounds wonderful! Love Meatloaf patties 🙂
Have a great Monday 🙂
My Menu Plan is up too!
good for you for getting back on track with a plan. A plan makes my week go so much smoother. Your meals sound yummy. Oh, hey! You guys have gotten more snow than we have this year–your pictures sure were pretty.

Tuesday sounds great! I clicked for the recipe but it didn’t work for me.
If Tim is on the South Beach diet (or maybe he’s weight watchers?), I have an excellent recipe for meatloaf that doesn’t use any breadcrumbs. My mom and hubby love it too.
Looks yummy…I always want to visit and eat at your house!
Those meatloaf patties are starving me to death!
