Last week went according to plan. We ate at a new pizza place last Friday on “date night” and it was really good pizza. We’ll have to find another new place to try this weekend. I’m not feeling very motivated on planning or cooking this week. Not sure if I’ll stick to this or not, but it’s a plan to work from.
Thanks to Laura at OrgJunkie for organizing and hosting this each week! Go check out her blog and you’ll find tons more recipes and menu plans.
Sunday – we had Potstickers and Fried Rice (potstickers from the freezer, I made the rice)
Monday – Spaghetti, broccoli
Tuesday – Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, sweet potato fries, veggie or fruit
Wednesday – Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese (carryover meal from last week)
Thursday – Waffles and Turkey Bacon
Friday – Date Night
Saturday – TBD
Sunday – Football food (either wings and cheese sticks or Frito Pie, haven’t had that yet)
You just made me hungry for Chinese food…potstickers are one of my very favorites!
I think your menu sounds darn yummy!! My boys would wrinkle their noses at the turkey bacon, but I think it is a great alternative to real bacon–I just need to get them re-programmed! 🙂 Have a good week–

Sounds good, Stacy! I don’t think I’ve ever had potstickers. Interesting, LOL!
Ohhhhhh yummy, I love potstickers and now I’m craving chinese food….great LOL
Great Menu Stacy!!!
Sounds very good! I have not had potstickers…sounds yummy though! Do you just buy them at your grocery store??? Have a blessed week!
there is nothing like a warm bowl of tomato soup and grilled cheese!!YUM. have a wonderful week, Stacy.
I made my first menu this week, we’ll see how it goes- but either way thanks for the inspiration I always love looking at your menu plans. So is that spaghetti in a cream sauce? I do a spaghetti and chicken in a cream of mushroom soup-never thought to put broccoli in it- would be a great addition.
Have a great week!
I LOVE potstickers! I haven’t had them in years. I think it’s about time, don’t you? lol
Hugs to you!
