Appetizer
What is your favorite fruit?
I love fruit! I don’t think I can pick a favorite one. Some of my favorites are green grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums and bananas. I don’t think there is any fruit I don’t like 🙂

Soup
Who is someone you consider as a great role model?
Tim’s Dad. He’s been a wonderful role model to his sons, showing them and teaching them how to be good men – loving and kind, decent and hardworking.

Salad
If you were to spend one night anywhere within an hour of your home, where would you choose?
At a bed and breakfast in a town about 45 minutes away

Main Course
Name something you do too often.
Say “I’m sorry”. I say it all the time, to everyone, for everything. Tim called me on it just this morning.

Dessert
Fill in the blank: I really like ___________ because ____________.
I really like all this rain we’re getting because it keeps me from having to water my grass and flowers!

  1. Judi Said,

I am first! Okay, I do not like the star fruit. And sometimes mangoes can be gross if they are not ripe. I think I would stay in Asheville, NC if I were going somewhere 1 hr. from home. As far as your dessert….well our grass and everything else has been dead for two months for lack of rain. 🙁

  2. Cam Said,

Lucky you, liking all that fruit! And I’m glad you’re getting rain. We’ve gotten so much over the past 3-4 weeks that our drought is definitely over—I’m now mowing every 2 weeks instead of every 2 months!

  3. And Miles To Go.... Said,

Rain makes my job easier too 🙂 I loved your answers.

  4. Coach J Said,

Oh, great!! I wondered if you were getting some of this rain!! I watch the radar, but just don’t know if you getting any, ’cause I can’t pinpoint you just yet! 😉
I’ve gotten into homemade fruit smoothies! I just love ’em and they’re good for ya, too!

  5. Carrie Said,

Yes! Rain is welcome these days! We’ve had some rain the last few days and it sure helps my veggies grow!

  6. JennaG Said,

I’m with you–there’s not a fruit I don’t love–well, except grapefruit. So glad you’ve gotten rain–we have too, and it’s been so nice.

  7. Laura Said,

Send some rain our way! Without the lightning fires! Lol.

  8. Joyce Said,

glad you’ve gotten the rain..even though i’m not very fond of them hehehe..great feast

  9. Dawn Said,

You and I are so alike with the “I’m sorry” thing. I say it all the time too!

  10. Write From Karen Said,

Now Stacy, if we hung out and you said you were sorry all the time, I’d HAVE to give you a hard time. In fact, I have a friend who does that very thing all the time and I’m finally conditioning her to stop taking the blame for everything and everyone. It’s a sweet and kind trait, but girl, you must stop saying that! *mock-stern look*

This has been one of the greenest summers I can remember in a long time. In fact, it’s only about 82 degrees out right now and our grass is so green, we’re having to mow it twice – IT’S JULY! It’s usually so dry by this time, our grass crunches when we walk on it. Weird!

And I’m sorry about giving you a hard time about saying I’m sorry all the time. *wink*

  11. Barbara H. Said,

Very nice feast! The soup is especially sweet.

  12. Amy Said,

    Yeah, I don’t think I’ve ever met a fruit I didn’t like it!

I say sorry too many times as well and get in trouble for it! Then of course I have to apologize again for saying it too many times. Sorry, I just do.

  13. Karla Said,

I loved your answer to your “role model”. That is so neat!!
