Here’s the plan for the week. Once again, I’m not trying any new recipes. I really need to get back into the habit of doing that, but lately, it just seems easier to plan stuff that we like and that I have the ingredients for on hand. I keep a *really* well-stocked pantry and freezer . As always, thanks to Laura, for hosting this every week!
Sunday – Buffalo Chicken Sausage sandwiches (review coming soon), coleslaw
Monday – Shrimp Fried Rice, stir-fried veggies
Tuesday – Cheeseburger Macaroni, green beans, salad
Wednesday – Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese sandwiches
Thursday – BBQ Loaded Potatoes, Salad
Friday – Date Night or Pizza
Saturday – eat with family
I will be looking out for that review–that sounds delicious.
I’ll be keeping an eye out for the Buffalo chicken suasage sandwiches – those sound really interesting!
Tomato soup and grilled cheese sounds so good…I’ll have to work that in this week, too 🙂
Have a great Monday, Stacy!
Buffalo Chicken Sausage sandwiches. Oh that sounds wonderful. I’ll be waiting patiently for your review of them. Love tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. I had that on Saturday for lunch.
Is there a recipe somewhere for the shrimp fried rice? Sounds really good. I need to get on this menu planning. I’m just not organized with meal preparation right now.
Shrimp Fried Rice ~~~ Yum! I’ve had that on my mind lately, as well. MJ, from What a Crock, makes a SFR that I can’t wait to try. Hope you enjoy yours.
Hmmm…tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches sounds delish!!! I will have to add that to my menu for next week. I just posted my menu about 4 minutes ago. Enjoyed your meme below this post.
Now that I have a full freezer, it’s easy to figure out something for dinner. Tonight, it’s just Dom and me so we’re having beef stew. I just have to toss it in a pot to heat and it’s ready!
That review sounds interesting. Do you have pictures?
Your menu looks delicious.
Happy Monday!

My Life as Annie!
Your menu looks wonderful this week. We are traveling after tonight, so I don’t dare put anything out there, because I bet it won’t be altogether too healthy for the most part! Looking forward to that review!
Have a great Monday!
Did you find the chicken sausages you were looking for? And where?
All of it sounds good!
I need to talk with you about the weekend!
Yummy – it all sounds great! Have a great week!
cheeseburger mac sounds great! Your menu looks good! Be sure and check mine out. I have a picture of the Slow Cooker Thai Chicken I made Saturday night on there. 🙂
That sounds lovely!
Monday – Free day. Loki has a school function to go to. He invited me, but I balked at the $65 price tag.
Tuesday – Cajun shrimp with pasta
Wednesday – leftovers
Thursday – Raviolis with crusty cheesy bread
Friday – free day
Saturday – dinner with relatives
Mmm, all of that sounds good! Can I come to your house for dinner? 🙂
That’s a great idea to do a menu. I’m always flying by the seat of my pants at mealtime and the results are, um, less than impressive. I need a few good recipes to fall back on. We tend to eat the same old crap week after week.
On the bright side, I have ordered Giada’s new pasta cookbook, so it’s on the way.
Yeah, just what I need, a pasta cookbook while I’m trying to low carb! 😉
I really want the recipe for the chicken sausage buffalo whatchamacallits! Yum!
We love cheeseburger mac too — well, 3/5 of us do!

Great menu, thanks for sharing.

Patt’s all time favorite thing to eat is tomato soup and grilled chesse sandwiches which I don’t like either so when he gets it…he will eat and eat and eat!
