OK, I am trying to do better this week with trying new recipes. Cross your fingers and hope for the best! The weekend is up in the air, so I don’t know whether I’ll be here cooking some, or we’ll be eating out a lot. Hope everyone has a great week!

Wednesday – breakfast burritoes, oatmeal (Light Night before Tim weighs in at work)
Thursday – new recipe for Crockpot Italian Wedding Soup, salad, bread
Friday – TBD or Date Night
Sat/Sun – TBD

There’s a local deli that makes the most amazing soups. Italian Wedding is one of them. The place actually reminds me of the Seinfeld episode, ‘Soup Nazi”. You better have your order when you get to the counter. lol

Great menu…I have yet to try the crockpot Italian Wedding Soup……LOL I have to laugh at Rona’s comment about the Soup Nazi, it’s so funny.

I’ve seen crockpot lime chicken taco’s everywhere–I guess I should try those–they must be very good! Everything sounds delicious. Lol, I just saw that Mandalyn wrote the same thing about the tacos!
