Yeah, I am still so excited that Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke won Dancing with the Stars! Yeah, Emmitt! I have been rooting for him all season and voting up a storm and I’m so glad he won. I think that probably Mario and Joey were both better dancers, but they both were to begin with, and I think Emmitt has come a lot further. Plus, he just has so much charisma and his smile just lights everything up. I really like him and it’s a huge plus for me that he’s a football player.

I had forgotten about the results until this morning. I was excited as well. I like Mario, but Emmett was just so much fun and a regular person who learned to dance. Looks like those ballet lessons during football paid off! 🙂

I danced all the way down the hallway. I didn’t think he would win, but maybe he was more popular with the male viewers than the other guys? Emmitt has been my favorite football player forever (I was a huge Cowboys fan in his glory days). I admire him so much. It’s so cute that he won.
YES!!! My mom and I were both clapping and screaming like total goofs when they announced Emmitt and Cheryl as the winners. *g*
And was it just me, or did Mario’s partner come off as an awfully sore loser?
I don’t really like the show, but I pulled for Emmitt because he’s our hometown boy. He’s a Pensacola native and everyone here was NUTS for him to win! 🙂
