Menu Plan Monday

Menu Planning Monday

Laura over at OrgJunkie sponsors this great meme each week. I missed playing last week, since we were on vacation, but it looks like a lot of great menus were planned last week. I am going to try to get back into the cooking groove this week. I haven’t cooked in about 9 or 10 days!!! 🙄

Sunday – we picked up bratwursts and sauerkraut at a local GermanFest. It was really good!

Monday Chicken Corn Chowder, Parmesan Cheese Muffins, salad

Tuesday – Grilling out (salmon for me, chicken for Tim), Stacy’s Pan Roasted Potatoes, veggie or salad

Wednesday – Light Night (Tim weighs in at work on Thursday) – either grilled cheese and tomato soup, or eggs/oatmeal/toast

Thursday – Spaghetti and Meatballs, steamed broccoli, homemade bread

Friday – Date Night or Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken over no-yolk noodles, homemade bread

Saturday – TBD

Sunday – Game Day Food – wings, chips, appetizers, TBD

  4. Laura Said,

Hello! The chicken sounds great but I don’t think we can get the seasoning mix here :(. Game food day sounds fun!

  5. Dawn Said,

The crockpot chicken sounds so good. I think I have everything for that at home so I may have to try it 🙂

  6. Jane Said,

I have just started doing weekly menu planners, so this is a great link!!! Thanks. The crockpot chicken sounds good….might give it a go, I am experimenting with my crockpot at the moment.

  7. Jennifer Said,

Ohhh, brats! My husband absolutely loves those. And do you have a crockpot catalina chicken recipe? I usually just marinate the chicken and some green peppers and onions in the catalina dressing and bake it. I would love to hear of a different recipe to mix things up a bit. Your whole menu sounds awesome. And so far the spider is still alive! I’m a wuss! Thanks for visiting and have a great day!

  8. Susie Said,

Wednesday sounds pretty yummy to me. I love grilled cheese sandwiches. Yet sometimes breakfast just hits the spot for dinner!

I hope you’re having a great week so far! I’m sorry I haven’t been able to drop by as often as I’d like. Life just won’t slow down! 🙂
