Exceedingly Mundane

I ran across this website a couple of weeks ago, and noticed that she did a fun sort of thing on Fridays – Stuff Portrait Fridays. Kristine posts earlier in the week (I forgot to check early though!) with an assignment of stuff to take pictures of, then post.

The assignment this week: Under Your Bed, Pots and Pans, Your Stereo.

OK, here’s the under the bed shots, not great because it’s sort of dark and scary up under there. You wouldn’t believe the dust bunnies I saw multiplying… The yellow things in the top photo are our new stadium seats for football games. That thing visible in the second picture is one of those Rubbermaid underbed storage containers… containing relics from my childhood, including my first ever scrapbook I made when I was in junior high school 😎

My top shelf of pots and pans… the skillets and wok are below. The dutch oven and big soup pot are in different cabinets:

And lastly, our stereo setup. Yes, that relic at the very bottom is a cassette player, even though we don’t seem to have hardly any cassettes left! I didn’t take a picture of the speakers (Bose surround sound mounted in the corners, center channel on top of this entertainment center, and the woofer by one of the big chairs):
