I just realized I never sat down yesterday and blogged about my day. I stayed so busy, I didn’t spend a lot of time on the computer. Which is rare for me! 😆
I ran errands all morning and early afternoon. I went to the grocery store, to the big Target out Lakeland and to Hobby Lobby for their big 50% off scrapbooking sale. I got a few scrapping things, and also a pair of jeans on sale at Target. I need more jeans for fall and winter. More clothes period, but I’ll get some closer to my birthday and those will be part of my birthday present.
After Tim got in from work, we had supper (a new recipe, not great, will post it in the Cooking forum on Hambones), and then he washed my car for me. We got all the love bugs off of it and then he polished and buffed out some spots we had gotten on there. It looks a lot better now. Back to its nice shiny red color. We would have gone walking, but it was after dark when he finished, so we watched Monday Night football. And taped 2 other shows. I read some on my book.
Today (Tuesday), I went and got my hair cut this morning. I’ll spend the rest of the day catching up on chores and things around here. We might try to go walking tonight, or else we’ll get started on a busy night of TV. I’m so glad all of my shows have either started back, or are premiering this week. Tonight is a new episode of NCIS, a new episode of House, and the season premiere of Amazing Race. Busy night of watching and taping. 🙂 Got my priorities right, you know!
