Fall TV Schedule

We’ve got football back, so that means it is also time for new fall shows from some of our old favorites, as well as checking out a few new TV shows. It’s about time… Yeah for a new season of TV!!! 😀

Some of the shows we’ll be watching include:

Monday: MNF, Sarah Connor Chronicles, Chuck, Heroes, Dancing with the Stars (MAN, Mondays are so busy, we can’t even record everything on our DVR!)
Tuesday: NCIS, Fringe (new show by JJ Abrams, gotta give it a try). Tim might pick back up with Eli Stone and we might give the new show following NCIS a try, the Mentalist.
Wednesday: Knight Rider and Bones (and I might have to watch the recorded results of DWTS then)
Thursday: Survivor, that goes without saying!
Friday – it’s iffy if we’ll watch Numb3rs; Tim might watch Life. I’m wondering when Battlestar will come back on
Sunday: Sunday Night Football, maybe the Unit. I would like to watch Amazing Race, but Tim gave up on it 2 seasons ago and we haven’t watched it since.

I like to use this site (Laurel’s TV Picks) to see what comes on when and when the premiere date is.

Let me know what TV show you are looking forward to watching soon!

  3. heather Said,

i am still addicted to One Tree Hill…it is the only show left of the teeny boppers shows i watch. i think i am going to try to get into the new 90210 even though i missed the first one.

  4. Debi Said,

Don’t get a ton of TV watching in anymore. Aside from football and hockey, which we watch when we can, and stuff on the History Channel, Science Channel, etc. that we watch for school, there’s three shows we watch. And would believe two of them (Criminal Minds and Project Runway) are on at the same time. Figures. The third one we watch is House.

  5. Gail Said,

Dancing with the Stars, Survivor, Amazing Race here…….and I’ll dvr ER for me, well I might actually dvr all of them because the commercials? They are a waste of my time! Lost when it finally comes back on, the guys might want to do 24 maybe. That’s about it, I’m heavy on reality! I can’t think of any other shows I watch or want to watch.

  6. Sandra Said,

Well we’re not football fans so we don’t watch any of that LOL

    I watch:

    Ghost Hunters
    Desperate Housewives
    Army Wives
    Brothers and Sisters
    Dancing with the Stars

  7. Heidi Said,

I hope Amazing Race hasn’t already started. That is about the only show I watch faithfully.

  8. sherry Said,

Monday: Dancing with the Stars, Samantha Who, CSI Miami. Will watch “The Hills” episodes online.

Tuesday: Tuesdays are tough. I love House but I like Biggest Loser too. I think I will see which one they replay in full online and watch the other one! If neither are online, then House wins! Law and Order SVU at 10.

Wednesday:America’s Next Top Model and CSI New York.

Thursday:Ugly Betty, Grey’s Anatomy, ER (I will watch LOST as soon as it is back on)

Friday: I think I’m going to try out Crusoe – if that stinks, I’ll watch Ghost Whisperer. I’ll also try out The Ex List and The Starter Wife.

Saturday: NADA will catch up on missed shows on the Internet.

Sunday: Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sister.

Boy, I watch a whole lot of t.v. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

  9. Simply Dawn Said,

I think we’re going to give Fringe a try too. That one looks good but we shall see 🙂

  10. twiga Said,

You are a life-saver! I would miss shows starting if I didn’t read your blog! I didn’t know Amazing Race was starting up again so soon and I’m interested in Survivor because it is in Africa this time. thanks for the heads up! Love new seasons of shows!

  11. mamichelle Said,

Ok, here’s where we differ. I don’t watch much t.v. at all. I prefer stamping or scrapping. I do love Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice and ER – lame, I know, but I can’t help myself.

  12. Kara Said,

Such a bummer when too many things come on that they can’t all be DVR’d! I am always thankful when some on the cable shows I watch replay at like 1 am so I can DVR them then!

  13. Maria Said,

Well, I always say I don’t watch much TV but now that I think about it, I guess I am planning to put in some tube time! Definitely will be watching Grey’s Anatomy (my fave), Private Practice, The Office, 24 (in January), and Dancing with the Stars. I’d like to watch Ugly Betty even though I’ve only seen Season One.

I’m going to check out the site you suggested. Enjoy your TV time. I think you should do a related post on favorite snacks while watching TV.

    Have a great day!

  14. Jamie Said,

Watch Eli Stone! It’s such a funny sci-fi show with interesting quirks, twists and turns. If you haven’t seen it yet, watch season 1 or just watch teh ABC Starter Kit to catch up before season 2 starts: http://abc.go.com/player/?channel=125571

  15. Valtool Said,

I am at a major loss for new shows. I have no interest in the NBC sitcom about an adult daughter moving back in with mom. The Christian Slater show is the only one that has caught my eye.

As for returning shows… it’s all about Lost, 24, ER (final season), Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, How I Met Your Mother, Heros and Chuck.

I was disappointed to read yesterday that Las Vegas was cancelled.

As for old shows I’ve never watched. I might give Dancing With the Stars and Amazing Race a chance.

  16. ZuphChic Said,

Wow! As many books that we have in common, we don’t have ONE tv show that we both watch!

I watch almost all of the sitcoms (Office, Big Bang Theory, ‘Til Death, etc.) and my husband and I both enjoy alot of reality shows (Million Dollar Listing, Top Design, American Chopper, etc.)

Sounds like our DVRs are going to be busy for the next few months…:)

  17. Meredith Said,

    The Office
    LOST
    Brothers and Sisters

  18. Desert Songbird Said,

There are a lot of shows we follow on “cable” (though we have satellite TV!, but you know what I mean), so many of them are ending now. I’m looking forward to Numb3rs.

  19. Musing Said,

House! I’m in love with Hugh Laurie.
