Time for another Question of the Day! Let’s have a little fun today. Who doesn’t like cookies, right?
Well, we don’t! We love cookies 🙂 I’d have to say that it would be hard for me to pick between chocolate chip cookies and Oreo’s as my favorite cookie. Then, there’s Fig Newtons, and I love a good white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. Oh, and a good oatmeal cookie with nuts or raisins. Yeah, baby! Hmmm, I need to bake some cookies soon! In the mean time, we have a bag of Oreo’s around here. Bad news. Tim won’t win the weight loss challenge at work this week, LOL! But, hey, Kroger had them on sale for 1.88, so who am I to turn down a bargain?!

Mmmmm…love a chocolate chip but I also love white choc. chip w/dried cranberries and almonds, a citrus cookie with white choc., oatmeal choc. chip, Russian tea cakes. Can you tell I used to bake a LOT?!!
My absolute favorite are a kind called Fairy Drops. Love, love, love them! But they’re a pain in the butt to make, so I only make them at Christmas time. Also have a recipe for some toffee cookies that I adore. And a recipe called Crack Cookies. Oh geez…I’m not sure there’s a cookie out there that I don’t like.
I’m not a cookie freak. I do, however, love a good soft sugar cookie or snickerdoodle. The only chocolate chip cookie I will eat is the ones I make.They’re soft and cake-like.
I did just buy a package of Keebler Cheesecake Dunking Cookies and they’re quite good.
warm chocolate chip cookies are good. so are Oreos. and soft chewy oatmeal raisin cookies too. Girl Scout Cookie time brings Tag Alongs. but my absolute favorite cookie? i get them at WDW. the raspberry white chocolate chunk cookie. it’s a chocolate chip cookie, but the chips are dark chocolate instead of milk, there are big chunks of white chocolate in there too. and swirls of raspberry. so beyond yummy.
My favorite cookies are also Oreos – particularly Double Stuff. I also like chocolate chip cookies. I also like no-bake cookies, haven’t had those in a while. Mmm!
Fun question! I think my favorite commercial cookie is a Orange Milano. I literally could eat a whole bag if I let myself.
My real favorite cookie is a homemade ginger snap. I just love ginger!

Snickerdoodles…chunky chocolate chip cookies…oreo cookies…anything with NO NUTS!
Macaroons are probably my favorite. The funny part is that I hated coconut growing up.
I worked at Mrs Fields in high school and my favorite a big peanut butter cookie and lemonade. To this day I still crave that taste combination.
Believe it or not, I’m not a big cookie fan. I lean more to the salty snacks like chips. My husband LOVES oatmeal raisin cookies, so I do cook those from time to time.
Chocolate chip and white chip macadamia nut for me – nice and hot out of the oven! Of course, I am not one to turn down any kind of cookie!
I haven’t had an Oreo in ages but I do love them. When my sis and I shared an apt. together, that was our Friday night treat – double stuff Oreos and ice cream. and pizza if we had the $!
You know my current rage – the oatmeal cookies I’ve been baking. The only way I’ve managed not to gain a ton is to either have them for breakfast or stick them in a freezer.
I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t want to eat. 🙂

Any cookie that is warm and has gooey chocolate!! Mmm! My mouth is watering:) I love oreos the best in desserts like Dirt Cake or Blizzards. At the Cookie Store I always get snickerdoodles or white chocolate macadamia nut.

Oatmeal raisin are the best – no, homemade gingersnaps – no, Girl Scout Samoans – no, macaroons. Love them all. But I’m not really fond of chocolate chip – I’m not a big chocolate lover.

I don’t bake anymore.
I gotta say chocolate chip is my all time fave. But I really like this Hungarian Honey cookie, too. Oh and almond roca cookies are really nummy too. AAAHHH, I can’t name just one!!!

Homemade chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies! Yum!
I love cookies!! As I read each comment I think, OOH OOH OOH I like that one, but I like those too, and what about those ones! How do I choose? I LOVE a warm gooey homemade chocolate chip cookie, but I also love the thick frosted sugar cookies you can get at the grocery store. And for baking, I love Gooey Chocolate Butter Cookies, they are nice and soft and melty and my hubby has PROCLAIMED them THE BEST COOKIES EVER!!!!
Are you reading my mind? I was whining to Philip last night that I wanted something sweet to eat, and when he asked what, I said, “A cookie. A chewy chocolate oatmeal cookie.” Of course, we have no cookies in the house so I had to settle for a bowl of cereal.
So I think that would be my favorite right now–chewy chocolate oatmeal. Or homemade peanut butter–but only from my mom’s recipe.
I think we are “cookie sisters” ‘coz I love white chocolate macadamia and oatmeal cookies too. I usually buy mine from Mrs. Fields but my husband promised he’ll try making homemade ones when he has time.
I’m so late, but i have to talk about cookies! I LOVE cookies, and I can’t pick my favorite — you can’t make me! *g* Chocolate chip cookies are good — I like them crunchy better than soft, but I won’t turn down a soft cookie. Macadamia nut cookies are even better! Oatmeal raisin cookies might be my least favorite, but I still like them. “Least favorite” is all relative. My mamaw used to make what she called “Cowboy cookies,” though I’m not sure why. Anyway, they had oatmeal, chocolate chips AND chopped pecans in them! What I wouldn’t give for some of those right now.
Oh, and peanut butter cookies that you make the criss-cross marks with your fork on the top of — yeah, those hit the spot, too. 🙂
