It’s late, the party is over, the game is over, and I’m a tired but happy camper since the Colts won. 😀 If our beloved Saints couldn’t go (thanks to dem Bears), then I wanted Peyton and the Colts to go, and to win.
Our party got cranked up about 12:30 when my dad arrived. Everyone else dribbled in for the next few hours, but several people were not able to make it, due to sickness. We hated that we didn’t get to see them, but were really happy that everyone else was able to stop by. We had a lot of food, and we have a lot left, so I won’t need to worry about much of a menu for the next day or two, LOL! Poor Beau was relegated outside most of the day and hated to miss out on all of the fun. I think he was glad when it got dark and his momma (me) insisted that he be able to come back inside.

Yeah! Go Colts! My hubby was rooting for the Bears. We don’t really have a team we love for the Pro’s, but we do like to watch it! I really like Peyton and enjoyed watching him play for UT! (I’m from TN) So, I was glad to see them win last night! Glad your party was fun…too bad I missed it! 🙂 Have a great week!

it was a good game. too bad it rained. i think it takes away from the quality of the game with everything being so slippery. but that’s what they get for playing in Miami. =P
i was rooting for the Bears but you know that it was more like i was just rooting *against* the Colts lol… didn’t really care about who won, really. the one thing i do have to say was i thought that Rhodes deserved the MVP more than Peyton did — not because i am not a Peyton fan, but in all honesty, i thought Rhodes had a more impressive game. oh well. maybe now the media can stop harping on it all the time.
Oh, I knew you’d be against my Bears !! I got so excited on that first score, but then they couldn’t pull it together. Lots of sad Bears fans around here.
Me too, that means we won’t sell as many ads now, as if they had won !!
