3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed in 1 tbsp. water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Turn down and simmer 5 minutes or until thick. Add a dash of red food coloring for color (optional). Cool and serve.
Can double the recipe.
Gail's notes: I made this to go with egg rolls one night; very easy to do and this amount was enough for 3 of us and about 10 egg rolls that were a nice size.
