Gail's Mexican Chicken Casserole Hits: 1

No Image

Description:
An old recipe I have had for years and I made it for my family a lot and for youth suppers at church. It is really easy and tastes good. I have also seen it called Chicken Dorito.

Ingredients:

1 large fryer, boiled, and cut up in pieces....I usually use
boneless breasts now but they didn't sell them like that
when I got this recipe!
1 large bag taco doritoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can rotel tomatoes

Directions:
  1. Mix all soups and rotel together and then layer in dish, a 9x13 pyrex dish:

  2. Layer, chicken, doritoes, and then soup mixture, top with grated cheese.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.

  4. Gail's Notes: This is an old recipe and if they don't make Taco Doritoes anymore, I think you could substitute another, like the Nacho ones or probably even plain Doritoes.
