Ingredients:
3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
1 pound sausage, preferably hot
2 - 6 oz packages nippy or garlic roll cheese (Kraft brand,
normally)
dash paprika
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well, by hand, and form into small balls. Freeze balls on cookie sheet, then transfer to ziploc bag
Bake sausage balls at 375 for approximately 7-10 minutes
Stacy's Notes - when I started making these in high school, Kraft made a "Nippy" cheese. I haven't found it in years, so I just use the garlic roll. I've made this with regular processed sausage and deer sausage, and I prefer it with the regular roll sausage. :)

And now, I can no longer find the rolled cheese product, so I just use grated sharp cheese. In 2014, I discovered how easy it is to mix the whole thing in my Kitchenaid mixer, using the dough hook. Saves a lot of work!
