Description: I LOVE to make these at Christmas! They are very time-intensive, but they are so good. I could eat them until I made myself sick! :)
August 25, 2004

Melt 12 oz. chocloate chips and 3 T. parafin wax in double boiler. Stir well.
Dip balls in chocolate and set on waxed paper to harden. Cook's Note: I put mine in the freezer on cookie sheets to chill.
NOTES : A note about Paraffin.... From: Shelli Better Homes Kitchen (08-Dec-98). We discourage the use of paraffin wax for cooking. It is not food safe. As a substitute, use 2 teaspoons shortening per every 6 ounces (or 1 cup) of chocolate pieces.
