2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. cooking sherry
Directions:
Cut up meat into cubes/chunks and put into the crockpot.
Mix the soups and cooking sherry and pour over the meat.
Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Serve over rice!
Gail's notes: Kathryn made this when I was there one time and it was really good! Easy to put in the crockpot and cook all day; she served over minute rice but it can be anything. I served over brown rice.
I seasoned the meat with some salt and pepper, she didn't tell me anything about that so I just did anyway!
