Ingredients:

about 3 lbs. beef (cut up chuck or beef stew meat; might
could use another cut of roast)
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. cooking sherry
Directions:
  1. Cut up meat into cubes/chunks and put into the crockpot.

  2. Mix the soups and cooking sherry and pour over the meat.

  3. Cook on low 7-8 hours.

  4. Serve over rice!

  5. Gail's notes: Kathryn made this when I was there one time and it was really good! Easy to put in the crockpot and cook all day; she served over minute rice but it can be anything. I served over brown rice.

  6. I seasoned the meat with some salt and pepper, she didn't tell me anything about that so I just did anyway!
