Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups half & half
8 Tbs. hot cocoa mix
Directions:
  1. Whisk all the ingredients together.

  2. Freeze according to your ice cream maker?s instructions.

  3. Stacy's Notes: Made July 2013, very good! I used what I had on hand, which was one can of sweetened condensed milk, two cups of fat free half and half and 2 packages of Land O Lakes hot cocoa mix (I think it was a Chocolate Supreme flavor). I opened one package and it measured pretty close to 4 tablespoons, so I just used the two packs that I had on hand. It was very soft, but hardened up okay in the freezer. Good, make again!

This was really good! I have some French hot chocolate mix a friend gave me so I used some of that instead of hot chocolate packets. Used about 3-4 Tablespoons; it seems richer and more chocolatey than what's available in stores here. The ice cream was creamy, rich and good!
