Description: A friend gave me this recipe and its really good, I mean its mac and cheese for goodness sake!! Both times everyone said how good it was and my dish was empty.

Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
3 cups half and half
1 cup velvetta, grated
1/2 cup muenster, grated
1/2 cup mild cheddar, grated
1/2 cup sharp cheddar, grated
1/2 cup monteray jack, grated
Directions:
Boil macaroni, add TBS oil while boiling. Mix eggs and half and half.
>Mix 1/2 tsp salt and pepper with butter - set aside. Combine egg mixture with macaroni in 9 x 13 baking dish and mix. Add cheeses and mix well. Pour melted butter, salt and pepper over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Wendy's Tips: The second time I made this, I discovered Velveeta Shreds which made it alot easier. Also, the muenster only came in slices so I just tore it in small pieces.
