1 jar (25-26 oz) marinara sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
1 package (8-9 oz) oven-ready (no boil) lasagna noodles
1 15 oz container part-skim ricotta cheese
1 8 oz. package shredded Italian cheese blend or shredded
mozzarella cheese
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed
dry
1 c. frozen veggie crumbles
(Note: Veggie crumbles are a heat & serve vegetarian meat
substitue found in your grocer's freezer. If you prefer,
you can substitute 8 oz. browned extra lean ground beef for
the crumbles. Boca and Morning Star are 2 brands that I
found when looking for these)
