1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup canola oil -- or other light oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup mayonnaise
white vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, onion powder
Directions:
Mix together the mustard, oil, honey and mayonnaise. Add a touch of the other seasonings, to taste. Store covered in the refrigerator
Stacy's Notes - really good! I made May 2005, and used Grey Poupon country dijon mustard (very coarse and thick), olive oil (BY MISTAKE), and everything else the same. The olive oil was a bit heavy, so I added more seasonings and a dab of honey and mayo to taste, to get rid of the overpowering taste of oil. After I refrigerated, it all melded together and was delicious! A definite keeper. :)
