Description:
This was really good, but I had to adjust the recipe a lot. See my notes at the bottom.

Ingredients:

4 pounds pork loin back ribs
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)

Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place pork in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Brush pork generously with some of the marmalade mixture.

  3. Cover and bake 1 hour. Brush with marmalade mixture. Cover and bake 15 - 30 minutes longer until pork is tender.

  4. Heat remaining marmalade mixture to boiling; boil 1 minute. Serve as dipping sauce or over rice.

  5. Amanda's Notes: We didn't use 4 pounds of meat!!! That sounds like a party size recipe. I used 1 pound of boneless pork ribs. I also doubled the marmalade mixture and used it more as a marinade. I had to bump up the temperature because it was taking way too long to cook. 400 degrees for 30 minutes would be work better for us. I also had some marmalade left over in the saucepan. I mixed what was in the baking dish with the ribs (very thin) back with the original marmalade on the stove and got a nice consistency of a mixture that was great over rice or veggies.

  6. All in all it was good and we'd make it again.
