Ingredients:

1 box strawberry cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix -- thawed
1 container Cool Whip®

Directions:
  1. Bake the strawberry cake according to the box directions (for a 9x13" pan). Then take it from the oven and while still warm, poke holes in the cake and pour the condensed milk over the cake. Then follow with the thawed daiquiri mix. It will take a while for the liquid to soak into the cake. Then let the cake cool. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.

  2. Stacy's Notes: I have made this many times, almost always in the summer. Good dessert for a hot day. I always use the Bacardi brand of frozen daiquiri mix and often use Cool Whip Lite. It takes a while for all the liquid to soak in, then you can "frost" it. Be sure to refrigerate beforehand and also refrigerate any leftovers. Really moist and gooey - does not make a good presentation, but still delicious! :)
