3 tablespoons melted butter -- (3 to 4)
3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers -- (3/4 to 1)
Directions:

Combine flour, sugar and 3 T. pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple and stir. Spoon into casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Cover casserole with crumbs.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
Poster Notes: I like Dole pineapple chunks the best. You can double, triple, or quadruple this recipe. Just put in a larger dish and bake a bit longer.
Stacy's Notes - Made this October 2002 to have with ham. I used my round 1.8 quart Corningware casserole dish. Followed recipe, using sharp cheddar cheese, and it came out great, a definite keeper!
