Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme OR 1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted, divided
1 salmon fillet (3-4 lbs)
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cheese, thyme, lemon peel, and salt ; mix well. Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat; set aside. Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down in a greased baking dish. Brush with remaining butter; cover with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 20- 25 min. or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  2. Wendy's notes: When I fixed this I did not have any fresh ingredients. I used Kroger plain bread crumbs and all jar spices. I wasn't quite clear on the recipe, so I did my own thing and mixed all the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl melted all the butter. I used 2- 1 lb fillets. I dipped them in the butter and rolled them in the crumb mixture, coating very well all sides. After putting them in the baking dish, I put more crumb mixture on top and poured the left over butter on top.
