Ingredients:
3 cups powdered sugar
8 ozs non-fat dry milk (I used the off brand)
1 - 16 oz Instant Chocolate Milk (I use off brand)
1 - 6 oz Cremora (I used off brand)
1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix -- to make it
richer/creamier
Directions:
Mix all this up and store in an air tight container until ready to use or make individual gift packages.
With each gift add a tag that says "3 tablespoons per cup of hot water"
