Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/3 cup minced parsley -- optional
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar (Tim likes red wine vinegar)
1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together; serve with buffalo or hot wings. Note, this dip is better if made ahead and allowed to chill a while in the refrigerator.

  2. Stacy's Notes - I half this recipe if it's just the two of us, which still really makes way too much. I guess I need to fourth it! I usually cheat and use dried minced onion and bottled minced garlic. I always leave the parsley out too. And, if I'm halving it, I do cheat and put a little more bleu cheese than 1/2 of 1/3 of a cup! :)
