Prep. Time:
Ingredients:

1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
1 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce -- minced (1 to 2) (see
notes)
juice of 1/2 lime
Directions:
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl and adjust seasonings to taste. Let stand at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. (May be made several days ahead. Keep chilled until ready to serve.)

  2. Note: One poster said she used ground chipotle powder instead of the chilies for this.

  3. Stacy's Notes - Good. Made June 2004 to go with Baja Fish Tacos. I used ground chipotle powder rather than canned chipotles.

  4. Made Jan 2012 (been a long time!) - didn't have yogurt, so I used equal parts mayo and light sour cream. Used ground chipotle powder and bottled lime juice.
