No Image

Description:
This recipe has been around forever, I think, and I think I got it out of a Bell's Best or church cookbook. It goes by many names, but in our house, it's Candlelight Chicken :)

Prep. Time:
Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 slices uncooked bacon
1 jar Armor's dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1- 8 oz container sour cream
garlic powder
worcestershire sauce
Directions:
  1. Place dried beef inside each chicken breast and roll each one up. Wrap a piece of bacon around each "bundle".

  2. Mix soup, sour cream and seasonings together in a bowl. (Note: original recipe called for 2 cans cream of mushroom, but I usually use one). Pour mixture over chicken in a sprayed Pyrex dish.

  3. Cook on 350ยบ till done

  4. Stacy's Notes - The original recipe calls for 1 1/2 hours at 350, but I never bake mine this long. I just cut open a chicken breast and test when they look done!
