Prep. Time:
Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground meat (1.5 to 2 lbs) -- browned and
drained
1 can Niblet's corn -- do not drain
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes -- do not drain
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes -- do not drain
1 can ranch style beans -- do not drain
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup water (1/4 cup to 1/2 cup)
Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over Fritos or Doritoes. Top with sour cream, chopped onions and shredded cheese. Makes about 6 bowls.

  2. NOTE: Angie says she sometimes places all ingredients in the crockpot and lets simmer on low all day

  3. Stacy's Notes: I often do not have Mexican stewed tomatoes in my pantry, so I just use two cans of Rotel instead. Very versatile recipe. I keep ranch beans on hand now, just to make this recipe! We love it over Fritos. :) Enjoy!
