Instructions
- Mix the pretzels, cereals and peanuts in a large bowl. (See Notes: I add the M&M's here too).
- Melt the chocolate (I just use the white coating, like almond bark or vanilla bark, from the baking section) . Usually easiest to melt in the microwave. Pour melted chocolate over mixture and stir gently to coat.
- Spread mixture on 2 waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Sprinkle M&M's on top (or you can add with cereal mixture if you want to have them coated)
- Let cool and dry. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes
Stacy's Notes: I've been making this for over 25 years, and we all love it! I don't use white chocolate, I just buy a package of the almond or vanilla bark, the white one, and melt it in the microwave. The original recipe calls for adding the M&M's on top of the coated mixture, but I have always added them to the dry mixture of cereal and nuts. We like our M&M's coated in more candy coating, LOL!
Enjoy!
