Maple Mustard Salad Dressing
It's so quick and easy to prepare this delicious vinaigrette. It works great for a nice harvest or fall salad or works equally well on a big salad with grilled chicken year round!

Recipe Notes

Stacy's Notes - I cut this in half for the two of us. I never have shallots on hand, so I always just use finely diced red onion. Be sure to use a good, pure Maple syrup and not pancake syrup!

This works equally well on a fall or harvest salad (I love the combination of chunks of cheddar cheese, toasted walnuts and chopped Gala or Honeycrisp apples), as well as on a big salad with grilled chicken - year round!
