Hot Cranberry Apple Bake

A very old recipe that I made with my mom for many years before she passed away.  This is like a fall crumble, delicious fruit with an oatmeal crumble mixture on top.  Bake and eat hot out of the oven with vanilla ice cream, yummy!

Recipe Notes

Stacy's Notes - this is a very old recipe, that I believe might have come from a Southern Living magazine, back in the 1980's or early 1990's. I used to make this with my mom in the fall. I have vivid, fond memories of sitting at her kitchen table and peeling apples, and talking.  Then I would fix the rest of this hot dessert, clean up the kitchen, all the while chatting with my mama. After it came out of the oven, we'd all dig in with some vanilla ice cream.

Enjoy!
