A fast and fun way to grill out fruit! We love grilled pineapple with our grilled pineapple chicken, and a basket of mixed veggies on the grill, a great summer meal 🙂

Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple rings or cut into logs or spears
- brown sugar to taste
- cinnamon to taste
- lime juice enough to make a thick paste

Instructions
- Cut pineapple into about 6 thick slices or 6-8 logs or spears.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, to taste, then add some lime juice. You're looking for the consistency of a fairly thick paste, but able to spread over the top of the pineapple. Too thin and it runs off and too thick, it won't spread well 🙂
- Spread over one side of sliced pineapple, and grill. Sooo good!
Recipe Notes
Stacy's Notes: Tim always grills this with our grilled pineapple chicken. I use a flat metal grill pan and line it with foil, sprayed with cooking spray. Lay out the slices of pineapple, then top with the cinnamon brown sugar paste. Tim grills about 4-5 minutes on Medium. This can be dessert with ice cream, but we eat it as a side dish with chicken and veggies.
