An old favorite that I like to make in the winter. I’m pretty sure the recipe came from the back of the Ocean Spray cranberry bag from the grocery store, haha!

Recipe Notes
Stacy's Notes - This is not lowfat, but it is very good! It's very similar or maybe identical to the recipe on the back of the Ocean Spray cranberry bag. I've used fresh and frozen cranberries, and either chopped them in a food processor or just with my knife. I usually use canola oil, although I'm sure vegetable oil works great. I usually use 1/2 cup chopped pecans. A keeper in our house! 🙂
Enjoy!

I so love cranberries, keep them in my freezer year round.
I love them too, and probably have some in the freezer I need to make this bread with! I love to make scones using dried cranberries too 🙂
