Recipe Notes
Stacy's Notes:
- I found this recipe online a while back, but didn't make a note of where I found it. Maybe SparkPeople.com? Not sure!
- I didn't have the garlic and herb flavor of Laughing Cow cheese that the original recipe called for, so I used the regular swiss or creamy version, and just added a fair amount of Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning, as well as a dash of onion powder and garlic powder.
- Use whatever milk you have on hand - skim, 1%, 2%, whole milk, half and half or fat free half and half. Just know that with the lower calorie milk, it will take longer to thicken, and it won't be as thick as if you used a fuller fat milk product.
- I usually make this to serve over fettucine or linguine, with grilled chicken or grilled shrimp.
Enjoy!

This looks so good! I haven’t tried it this way and it’s been forever since I’ve bought laughing cow cheese wedges but I do usually have cream cheese on hand so I would be interested in getting that from you sometime!
I will probably end up adding the cream cheese one here too, just didn’t get a chance to type it up before I shared the video. I’ll try to let you know when I do, thanks for asking!
