Such an easy recipe, but so tasty! The gravy is wonderful on mashed potatoes, pasta or rice, so we always make extra sauce 🙂

Stacy's Notes:
I found this recipe online at SixSistersStuff.com. The first time I tried it, I followed their directions, but felt like it needed more seasoning for us. So, now I add more seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, jarred or fresh minced garlic, and some Mrs Dash seasonings (I usually use the chicken one plus the Garlic and Herb one). You can use whatever spices you have in your spice cabinet, LOL!
For the two of us, I just use 2 boneless pork chops but I go ahead and make the full measure of sauce, since we really like it as gravy on mashed potatoes. I use my homemade dry ranch seasoning mix, about 2-3 Tablespoons, rather than a packet, but definitely use the packet of Hidden Valley ranch to save time. 🙂
I usually cook these in my little West Bend slow cooker on setting 4 (or in a regular crockpot on High) for about 3-4 hours. They are literally falling apart by then.
Enjoy!
