2020 Reading Challenge – March

Here are the books I read in March, most all of them are Christian fiction. With everything going on, I’m looking for easy reads, and many were continuations of series I am already reading (and hence are comforting to me!).  However, I am still trying to branch out, and read a new author here and there! My two new authors for this month were J.B. West and Marie Benedict, neither of whom are classified as Christian fiction, but both of whom I enjoyed.  Mr West wrote a fascinating book about our First Ladies and First Families at the White House. Marie Benedict wrote an equally fascinating book about the actress Hedy Lamarr, whom I knew nothing about.  These two were both relatively clean for mainstream fiction (just a few untoward parts in the Benedict book).  I love learning new things about people or places I don’t know a lot about, and really enjoy history in a fictional setting.
