Hey y’all!
We are back with a new menu plan for the upcoming week! This is sort of a repetitive menu, because I have a very large package of Naan breads that I bought at Sam’s Club, along with a large container of Tzatziki sauce and a large container of DeLallo olive and feta. So good, and so Greek, so that’s the theme for this week! I am not trying any new recipes this week, but sticking with tried and true favorites.

Here is this week’s menu:
Sunday – Pizza Flatbreads on the grill
Monday – Meatless Monday – a very large Greek salad!
Tuesday – Grill Night: Grilled Chicken Souvlaki, then we will grill or bake the flatbreads with that meat and the toppings; a smallish side Greek Salad. (How we make our chicken souvlaki is included in our Four Easy Meals recipe video here).
Wednesday – Taco Wednesday! Tacos in either a hard shell or a salad (unless we are tired of salads, which is entirely possible!). I’ll make homemade guacamole with the avocados I bought at Kroger. (Our recipe video for guacamole is here)
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Game Night! Chicken Pesto Flatbreads (if we have enough Naan left). If Tim revolts, we have a frozen pizza in the freezer, and I have some Pulled Pork that we can make a big tray of nachos for the game
Saturday – Eat Out / Leftovers
I will continue to try to post weekly menus here, along with any extra info and links to recipes. Hopefully, we can build a great database of resources for meal planning, menu ideas, recipes for meals, dessert & sweet recipes, Instant Pot meals, and a host of other food-related resources, both here, and on our YouTube channel.
