Hey y’all!
We are back with a new menu plan for the upcoming week! This week is a fairly quick and easy week, as we are both a bit under the weather. We are eating out two big meals to start off the week, then I hope to feel better and be able to cook some healthy food at home for the rest of the week! We’ll mostly stick with tried and true favorites but I want to try another new recipe in my Instant Pot on Friday or Saturday 🙂

Here is this week’s menu:
Sunday – Birthday Dinner with Tim’s family
Monday – Dinner out and a movie with our Sunday School class
Tuesday – Grill Night: either chicken or pork chops for Tim, salmon for me, a risotto mix that is lurking in my pantry, and a veggie or salad
Wednesday – Crockpot Red Beans and Rice, salad and maybe Texas Toast on the side
Thursday – Leftovers or I may make chicken strips, an Annie’s Mac and Cheese and some green beans (aka, comfort food!). I like sesame green beans, which are included in this Four Easy Meals video 🙂
Friday – New Instant Pot Recipe…. undecided at this point, either a Taco Pasta or a Goulash
Saturday – Eat Out / Leftovers. Saint Preseason game #3, so we may order pizza or do some nachos. It depends on Tim’s schedule, he may or may not be in a golf tournament all weekend 🙂
I will continue to try to post weekly menus here, along with any extra info and links to recipes. Hopefully, we can build a great database of resources for meal planning, menu ideas, recipes for meals, dessert & sweet recipes, Instant Pot meals, and a host of other food-related resources, both here, and on our YouTube channel.
