We traditionally have this cole slaw on top of our Baja Fish Tacos. Bonus: if you don’t like a mayo-based cole slaw then this is a great alternative, since it only uses sour cream 🙂

Ingredients
- 2 cup pre-sliced green cabbage see notes (cut your own or use slaw mix)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions I often use chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- cumin to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
- lime juice to taste
- salt and pepper to taste

- Combine cabbage, onions, and sour cream in a medium bowl.
- Serve with Baja Fish Tacos (recipe also on this website)
Recipe Notes
Stacy's Notes - I like to make this easy slaw to go with the Baja Fish Tacos. The original recipe only calls for three ingredients - cabbage, onions and sour cream. I like to incorporate the flavors from the tacos, and also the other sides I like to make, and so I always add (to taste) some lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin and red cayenne pepper.
