Cover sheet pan with foil and spray with non stick. Arrange crackers on pan salt side up. Melt butter and add brown sugar, bring to boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture on top of crackers. Spread evenly then bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips on top of hot mix. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Spread melted chocolate evenly over crackers. Sprinkle toasted pecans on top. Cover and freeze for 20 minutes. Remove, break into pieces and serve.
Stacy's Notes: Made Christmas 2016 (had tasted earlier in the year from our neighbor Tim). Easy to make and rather addictive. Good reason to keep saltine crackers on hand :)
