Mix seasonings and bread crumbs into ground chicken and form into large patties. Grill until done. Serve on hamburger buns with cheese and lettuce.
Stacy's Notes: I pretty much make these as written and we always enjoy them. In August 2016, we tried these using turkey instead of ground chicken. While the turkey burgers were ok, pretty good, we both agreed that we liked them better with chicken. So from now on, don't try subbing ground turkey for the chicken! :)
Grill Notes: Tim said he grills over high heat for five minutes on the first side, flips and usually does 5 min on the other side.
