Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-up
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Cut sour cream into biscuit mix, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough.
Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board or table and pat dough out. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan. Place cut biscuits in pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Gail's notes: I subbed sprite because that was all I could find. The dough is really sticky/soft, I might could have added more biscuit mix than I did. After patting it out, I sort of cut them and scooped them up with a small spatula to plop into the pan! They tasted good though. (putting them in melted butter in the pan is part of what makes them good I think)

*The 2nd time I made these I sprayed the pan & only used half the butter called for; they were good but could tell that they probably taste better with more of the not so good for you butter!
