Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar (see notes, I use about 1 1/2 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
salt
ketchup (Stacy's addition)
Directions:
Mix all together, and refrigerate before using. I add a big squirt of ketchup, and a bit more sugar, to our taste (we like it a bit sweeter). Just a dash of salt. Very good with fried rice!
