Ingredients:

1 unbaked (9 in) pie shell
8 ounces of shredded cheese
2 ounces of sliced pepperoni
1 (12 ounce can) evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dried basil (see notes)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese and half of the pepperoni onto the bottom of the pie shell. Whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, basil, and garlic powder. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and carefully lay pepperoni on top of cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until done.

Stacy's Notes - Made September 2010. I used turkey pepperoni instead of regular. I used more than 1 teaspoon of a combination of basil and italian seasoning. Baked for 40 minutes in my oven. Definitely need to fix something to go with this (I had a small salad and leftover green beans with mine and Tim had salad with his, but probably needed more). Tim said he liked it, which surprised me, and that he would eat it again :)

More Notes: Made again in 2020, and used a regular frozen pie crust. I think it probably needs a deep dish, so next time, be sure to use a frozen deep dish pie crust :)
