MIX all ingredients. Refrigerate 10 min. HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3-cup portions of tuna mixture, in batches, to skillet. FLATTEN into patties with back of spatula. Cook 6 min. or until golden brown on both sides, carefully turning patties over after 3 min.
Stacy's Notes: Kraft recipe that I found online at a blog I read. I made March 2010, and cut the recipe in half. It was good, not spectacular, but a nice, quick pantry meal.
I used 1 can of tuna in water, half a box of store brand chicken stuffing mix, eyeballed the sharp cheddar cheese, used just enough water to soften the mixture, 3-4 baby carrots (shredded), eyeballed some light mayo, and used 1 teaspoon dill pickle relish. I also added some Nature's Made seasoning to the mixture. I formed into 7 small patties and then refrigerated them for about an hour. I cooked in olive oil in a nonstick skillet, for approximately 3 minutes per side. Served with tartar sauce, some steamed mixed veggies and smashed potatoes on the side. Fairly light and hopefully fairly healthy :)
