3-4 chicken breast
1 cup celery
1 med onion -chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cook chicken in small amount of water with celery and onion. When chicken is done - skin , debone, and chop into small pieces. Mix the cream of chicken soup with the broth mixture and chopped chicken. Pour into casserole dish.
CRUST
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 stick butter
Mix and pour over chicken. Bake at 425 for 30 min. or until lightly brown.
